This is a big 72 room 3 star motel. Cleanliness in external areas was just, with a dirty BBQ. Our room okay, missing plug for vanity sink, a nuisance, forcing over-use of hot water. Everything else worked, TV good and a decent size. No noise, and heating appreciated during frosty mornings and cold days.

It was average. Bed was almost collapsed in the middle of the mattress, and there was a dead mouse in the room. Cropping country area so rodents are rife, but still, not the best look. Staff were pleasant.

At check in we were told not to park our car outside our room as it was safer to park 3 rooms away??? The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. My partner and I roll into the middle all night as it sagged. I have to give a compliment to the on-site restaurant. Food was very nice

The accommodation has 2 comfortable queen beds, quiet and close to an Artisan Aquatic center with a reasonable price. However, there will be a few things to make your service better such as checking utensils in the room. The room has max capacity of 4 but only one teaspoon. The shower head needs to be replaced as I could feel the separation of some cold water stream when showering. The carpet may need to replace as it was torn badly between bed, which could create a tripping hazard.
