We have stayed here several times in water view suites. It is comfortable and roomy. However, the "full kitchen" is not well appointed. There are no coffee makers - just small Keurigs - no pots/pans, cutlery, etc. They deliver continental breakfast. Unless you bring your own kitchen equipment, don't count on having a kitchen!

We were very pleasantly surprised by our overall stay. We particularly enjoyed the location, located conveniently by multiple restaurants and bars along the waterfront. There is a fantastic coffee shop right across the street, and convenient parking. We absolutely loved the customized breakfast delivered to the room, included with our stay. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room spacious with multiple amenities. We will definitely be returning!

Quick getaway. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Things that would have made the stay better would have been more mirrors in the room and more comfortable pillows. Only mirror was in the bathroom in a room that slept 4, and the pillows were rock hard. If the opportunity presents in the future, I would definitely stay there again.

Not too bad!

My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable and the AC units were very loud and caused some vibration that made it hard to sleep. Having breakfast delivered to the room was a nice option. It would be nice if there were a few more options.The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the location was fantastic.

While the portion of the hotel I stayed in was brand new, there were many things overlooked. 1. The bed was worse than substandard. It was THE hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. 2. Their idea of “breakfast” was a huge roll, 1 piece of overcooked bacon and a sliver of cheese. 3. The construction outside was not mentioned and is a major hassle. 4. During my two day stay there were never at any times any warm cookies. 5. Laundry facilities were unusable. 6. Room temp could not go below 70°. 7. Extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Despite our calls it continued and was bad daily until after midnight.

We’ve stayed in this place several times and always had a very nice, clean room. Never any complaints but this time completely changed my feelings about staying here again. The room was older looking and the carpet felt wet all over. I didn’t even want to take off my shoes. I was so thankful this was just a one night stay before going to our condo the next day.

Booked and paid for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. The beds were not queen sized, they were full at best. The room smelled like paint. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. There was construction going on around the building and the road was all torn up, you had to walk across this mess to get to the parking lot. Breakfast showed up to our room cold. Water was leaking around the mini fridge in one of the rooms. There were a few strands of long black hairs on the pillows. When I said something about the beds during check-out, person seemed confused and did not offer any assistance there. I was just glad to leave at this point. Received another 2 unexpected charges from them afterwards, who knows what they were for? I will not go back.
