Andrew's Coastal Cottage is Fantastic ! Location, location, location ! Everything was as described, and immaculately clean. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a basket of snacks to enjoy. The washer and dryer are top notch, and of course detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Communication was fantastic ! We enjoyed the peace and calmness of the neighborhood, while still extremely close to the Emerald Isle hustle and bustle, as well as beautiful beaches. Andrew has a great grill built into the front deck, where we grilled fresh fish from Phillips Seafood, just up the road, right off of the boat. This home is definitely on our short list for a return visit, Thanks Andrew !

This is the second time we rent this cottage from Andrew. This is a great property, very clean, and with many amenities (coffee!) The owner is very responsive as well as attentive to making us feel welcome and taken care of. Having a personalized downladable app to keep all directions on my phone was also great! Thank you. Short but sweet

Wanted to break the summer in with a quick getaway to a new area. Coastal cottage was the perfect spot. Had everything we needed and then some. Great communication, extremely clean, and home was on spot with the pics. Will definitely be back again!

Wow! A true coastal cottage!

The owner made every part of our stay so simple and easy. The cottage is upscale and coastal furnishings- fabulous small kitchen and appliances. All linens and bedding first class- plus spotless. The neighborhood is charming - loved sitting in the deck in the late afternoon and evening enjoying the bird songs and quiet. Not far from the beaches at all. Easy drive and friendly people everywhere. The owner recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area! I hope we will be able to come again!

We drove from Pennsylvania for a 3-night stay to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. Because so many family members were arriving from out-of-state, we chose the cottage for its proximity to Emerald Isle where they live. The cottage was very comfortable and extremely quiet, which was an added bonus. We were worried about the loft ceiling since the listing indicates it is recommended for children, but it was not a problem for our adult daughter. We would definitely recommend the cottage for your next stay!

Endless Summer Coastal Cottage!

We had an incredible time at this coastal cottage! The home was immaculate and so cozy! Had we stayed in, we would have still had a great time! We grilled out every night and went shelling and sight seeing during the day. We definitely will return in the future! Thank you Mr Andrew!

Visiting friends a few streets over

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean which is a big one for us. The cottage was very well equipped with extras if you forgot. There were a few very minor things that I did let Andrew know about but this did not affect our stay. Andrew is a great host & super easy to communicate with. Outside deck & grill great for what we needed & beds were comfortable. We will stay here again 100% next time we visit our friends in the neighborhood. Close to the beach by car. Mind you we stayed off season so the traffic was not too mad. We did drive North about 20-20 mins for a visit to Fort Macon that we all enjoyed! Beaches are great!

Loved the property!

We stayed at this property January 2024 and loved it, so we decided to stay again! Its close to family and close to everything we like to do. The property is clean and comfortable and very well kept. And this stay we found the distillery right around the corner, loved it! Andrew is very easy to work with and very pleasant. We will stay again in the future!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful just right for one person or for a family. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The house was well equipped all you need to bring is your toothbrush. I can’t wait to rent from him again.

Best Little Gem

Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. 1st VRBO experience

We are Marriott vacation club owners, this is our 1st VRBO experience and not our last. The cottage is just like the pictures and Andrew is a very attentive host. We appreciated the updated cottage with the coastal feel. He has great amenities and was surprised to see all the conveniences of home. This location is close to fishing and a few great towns we enjoyed visiting.

Well maintained cottage in quite peaceful neighborhood

The home is beautiful and modern. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. We were able to enjoy kayaking and fishing multiple times with easy access to the water. The host was very thorough in his communication and his recommendations were excellent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Our sons enjoyed having their own space in the loft upstairs. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.
