Very nice pool and outdoor area. Had a guy playing a guitar and singing last night. Only complaint is you need to be able to adjust the shower pressure. It was really strong which is not bad but for people with sensitive skin would not been able to handle it. Plus would have rather had a door instead of a curtain on the shower. And the rooms need more light it was rather dark in the room.

Make sure you like dogs and won’t be disturbed by barking during the night. We were placed on a pet friendly floor without prior knowledge or options. Secondly, make sure you ask if there are any events or weddings happening if you are looking someplace quiet and relaxing. Lastly, ice machine was not working during my entire stay and no one attempted to fix it. One more thing, the total amount for the room listed on the website does not include the $19.99 parking fee charged per each night’s stay.

We had a great stay! It was a quick 3 night get away for us and this was the perfect Hotel for us. We loved the convenient Beach access with chairs and towels provided. The tiki bar was nice with music in the evening. We will definitely be back.

September Review

Room was clean. Downfalls 1. Shower curtain attacks you while you shower. 2. Mattresses is starting to need replaced, getting worn down & you can fell the space where everyone sleeps. Staff was nice & friendly. Management needs a lot of help. At the end of our stay, last day there was a wedding, the wedding party had people coming to the ceremony who were NOT paying guests & if the paying guest went out that night they had NO PLACE TO PARK when they returned. This was after the paying guests paid for parking. Went to the office & was told to park across the street in the dark & check back every so often for a parking place. I feel they needed more than one person in the office that evening & the unpaying guest should have been told to park across the street & leave the parking places for their paying guest, who had paid for parking for their stay. To me that was a very bad part on the management. Your paying guest were not taken into account only the wedding party. I was compensated for this encounter, but in the future management needs to think of the whole picture. Make sure there wedding party is taken care of & there paying guest are taken care of.

The location is great- just plan on driving if you want anything other than the one dining room they have. A wedding was in there during our stay but the pool bar has a very good menu. $20/day to self park is a little steep to me.

The receptionist, Stephanie threatened to “call the law” on me in front of my two small children for having our dinner at the pool. We were unaware of the ridiculous rule that you can only eat the food that is served at the restaurant on the hotel premise unless you are secluded to your room or have to eat on the sandy beach. We had already ordered our dinner and we’re ready to eat at the pool And ask Stephanie for a little leniency with this especially considering I have two small children and she threatened to call the police on us in front of my kids. We were not bothering anyone or causing a scene. Bill the restaurant owner and the maker of this ridiculous rule came out and immediately gave me an attitude and had the guts to say they pride themselves on customer service…what a joke. Also, they started charging $20 to park in their parking lot. This is not normal considering we are not in the city where parking is limited. It’s very disappointing since I have visited this hotel several times and this has never been a rule and why I continued to go to this hotel because of the good experiences that I’ve had in the past. Needless to say, I will never return and I will tell everybody not to stay here Some food for thought for the hotel owner. You expect people who are staying several nights at your hotel to only eat was on the restaurant menu? I am hoping to hear from the manager to talk about this and will be happy to change this review If we can come to some sort of resolut

This property could be something if the owners really invested in it. It is in a good location and very convenient with an access to the beach with chairs available for guests to use. They had a pool and hot tub, as well as a bar outside. I liked the outside eating option. The downside: it was extremely over-priced for what we got. Our room was dirty. Literally had toenails on the floor still from the previous guest. The shower was dated and frankly horrible. The ceiling in there was falling apart and there was what looked like drops of blood on the walls in the room and near the ceiling in the bathroom. The shower clearly had the orange bacteria around the drain from not being cleaned well. The balcony was also just frankly dirty and kind of dingy. Both the room and balcony need repainted. Another incredibly annoying thing was that they hosted a wedding so the kitchen was not available to guests at all. I was really looking forward to using this amenity as we were exhausted from traveling & this trip was for my birthday. We ordered from the tiki bar and luckily that was really good. I was really looking forward to ordering breakfast there in the morning because the menu looked great but they only offered a ridiculously over-priced “breakfast buffet” that was $20 per person. This is insane - what they were offering was no different than any other hotel. They nickel and dime you here. $20 something for parking in a very basic parking lot with no ballet. Wouldn’t recommend.
