Can hear everything from common areas in your room. Internet not great. Shower water brown. No ventilation or fan in rooms. Don't have own policies clear. Parking is a mystery. Staff is trying, generally nice. Really just awful unless it was 20 bucks a night.

Everything was nice, except, we booked a room with one large bed and when we walked in, we had two tiny beds for children. My wife and I were very disappointed to have to sleep in two separate tiny beds.

Safety

The service was great but there were a few safety issues: no bathroom rug in the bathtub and it was slippery, no banisters on the stairs, and you have to switch the light on yourself on the stairwells. But the hotel was spotless and the location was great.

I liked the location. It was very convenient just to walk to the city center, to all the museums and restaurants. Also, the hotel personnel were very helpful and courteous. I did not like the breakfast that they served. I think if they going to offer breakfast, they should have a variety of choices not a fix menu because at the end the customer end it up paying for it.

Bad wifi service and low water pressure

The room was good enough for the purpose of the stay however since we was at the top of the building the wifi was consistently dropping off, also the water pressure was so low that it take a lot of time to remove the shampoo and soap while taking shower.

Anna the house keeper is awesome very lovely lady. Ladies upfront nice the gentleman smilers love it. Complaint: SERVE TO MUCH BEANS EVERYDAY!!!!!! Need ice machine and microwave upfront for evening snack.

Not a very enjoyable stay! Could hear all voices and noises from the hallway and all the way from the reception area even if your room is all the way the other end and on a higher floor! Bed cover looked dirty! WiFi was good! Very minimal amenities and towels!

Very close to downtown the purpose that I pick

People in the desk front very rude I ask for couple towels they said you have what you need in the room was no hot water I call the front desk they said let the water running tooked 20 minutes you expidia advertising with garages is only 5 spots if you come late in the night no space you have to park in the street expidia advertising with breakfast is one little fruit cup beans and eggs every day so I don't think I ever use expidia for my trips any more

Nice location, nut small bed for a couple.

We are both close to 6' tall and the double bed was too small. Price was good. Bed was hard. Room was clean nice breakfast. I will pay more in the future for comfort and a larger bed.
