Work has had me in bad places but nothing like thi

I had to wait 25 min in the main lobby because no one could be found, then after check on tried to get some work done on my laptop internet access was promised but access was less then 1 mb of download and 0 for upload. Discussed this with front end they reset the router and no changes happened. So i couldn't get any work done for the following morning. Asked for a late check out was granted 2 hours then house keeping coming in and trying to rush us out.

Wonderful 4th of July stay!

We decided to drive to WV for the 4th of July because we have never had the opportunity to visit and we chose Morgantown La Quinta! The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, especially Jake and Thomas! Breakfast provided a variety of options, above the normal continental buffets. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. Had a problem with the sink drain and the toilet seat but both issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. I would suggest putting descriptions on all the beautiful pictures displayed so that visitors know how to find the waterfalls and bridges! WV is so beautiful! And the fireworks in Morgantown were outstanding!

It was fine. I don’t like the $50 hold placed on a credit card. Most places I stay don’t do that. I recognize it’s a college town and maybe they’ve had some rowdy guests before. Also, I could hear my neighbors clearly but they weren’t being all that loud. It’s a decent hotel.

My go too hotel in Morgantown

La Quinta is my first choice for Morgantown stays. Pre check in now works well. Comforable bed, walk in shower. Only diwn side is shampoo abd and condition bottles almist too hard to squeeze for someone with reduced grip strength.
