The room next to us had a dog barking constantly until midnight, apparently the guest left the dog in there alone for over 5 hours. The hotel came to our room and requested our name and phone number so that we could be accommodated for the inconvenience. We never heard anything from the hotel after that. No accommodation was given.

We waited in line to check in for approx 15-20 min even though I had already checked online, but there was only 1 person at the front desk at 4 pm. The room was fairly standard but a little on the small side. All furniture shows signs of wear and bathroom wasn’t super clean. There was only 2 towels upon arrival, that evening I called the desk to ask for a few more and was asked to come get them myself. Kind of shocked and inconvenienced, but I did. The bathtub doesn’t drain well so you end up standing in an inch of water while showering. The body wash in the shower is empty. The walls are very thin and I can hear when my neighbors use the bathroom, argue, everything. It made it difficult to get a decent night sleep.

The room was in a bad state. The toilet rocked. Things had a layer of dust on them. The carpets weren't vaccumed. The refrigerator was broken. Splash marks on the tv. The coffee was weak. Only the packaged products were to be trusted. The bed wasn't made for the second night. There staff was friendly though.

Yes. Check in was at 3:00 We arrived at 3:30 and the room was not available. Had to wait close to 4:00. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Personnel were extremely nice

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Outside door by pool didn’t lock and made me feel less secure. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. Did not have breakfast. Bed was clean, shower had pink mold in corners, toiletries were empty, they only gave us two towels.
