Staff was rude, the room was filthy and not cleaned during our stay. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was unsafe falling through the floor. The hotel was not worth the money. The front door to the hotel was broken.

The whole hotel had an odd smell, kinda musty and there was a full trash can on our floor that was not taken out the 2 days we stayed there. There was mold in the shower and our room had an unsettling smell as well. The staff was very nice and helpful when our room key did no work multiple times throughout our stay. Honestly would not stay here again.

Reeks of cigarette smoke. People obviously smoked in rooms the whole time we were there. If you have kids or are sensitive to cigarette smoke don’t stay here.

Lobby had a weird smell kind of butter scotch maybe for Fall but it was overwhelming upon entry to the hotel. Room had muddy carpet, damp bath towels and empty shower gel. Shower was good, tv good, refrigerator froze all our drinks but fine. Price was okay on a game weekend. Hotel was filled with a construction crew and they were fine but everywhere. All corners of the hotel had exits and smokers..

Our room and bathroom were shabby and not clean. There was trash from a previous guest on the floor near each bed. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping service after the first night. We had to request clean towels. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to request that as well after we ran out. The shower stopped working while I was taking a shower. A loud noise came from the pipe and the water shut off. There is a reason this hotel was about half the price of others in the area.

Upon arrival we walked into a very small room there was a hole punched in the ceiling, the bathroom counter was sloped so things rolled off the counter, the toilet seat would not stay up, a gap between the casing on the bathroom door 3/4 of an inch, the blow dryer was supposed to be attached to the wall when I took it off the whole thing fell down no screws, the free breakfast was a joke, the house keeping never cleaned our room, had to ask for towels every day, the tv didn’t work well battery’s weak, staff was not friendly, pillows were the size of throw pillows had to buy two new ones to sleep on, we had shut our door when we left came back at night our door and the one next to ours was both open we had nothing missing in our room. All in all a terrible stay especially for what we paid.

Friendly staff but filthy

Our room was shabby (toilet rusted, leaky faucets, cabinet door off hinges) and very dirty (trash left on floors, hair in tub, grime on baseboards, floor and surfaces). What redeemed it at all was the friendly front desk staff, the location, and other guests were quiet.

Not a good stay

My wife and I have stayed here at least twice before. This was NOT a good stay...1.the tv would not turn on. I reported it but there was no action. 2/the toilet water ran consistently. I reported it and no action was taken. 3/ I turned on the heater for a few minutes to heat the room and a electrical smell came out of the vents and set off the smoke alarm. 4/ the reservation desk could not give me a receipt because the printer was not working. I hope this will not be the case at Sonesta, if we return
