Beautiful chalet, large private garden, 5 minutes walk to ski lifts and lac bleu
Chalet Chouette is a charming 4 bedroom chalet, perfect for small groups, conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk to the Morillon ski lift and village centre and lac bleu.
Chalet Chouette is a very well-proportioned chalet, set out over three floors. The chalet was built by local artisans, and exudes a traditional alpine charm.
On the middle floor of Chalet Chouette is a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of workspace and cupboards, with everything you could possibly need for a week away. The living room has comfy sofas and a wonderful wood burning stove, to relax around after a long day on the mountain. The living floor is light and airy, and has patio doors which open up onto a covered outside dining area, and the south facing balcony, which wraps right around the chalet. There is a library of books for all to enjoy. Also on this floor is a bedroom and separate bathroom and WC.
On the top floor are the further three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a “Jack and Jill” style shower room, making them ideal for families. These bedrooms can either be set up as twins or doubles, depending on your requirements. The master bedroom on this level is large and sunny, with built in wardrobes and doors leading onto a private balcony with stunning mountain views. It also boasts an ensuite with bath, sink, WC and heated towel radiator.
Please note that it is also possible to sleep a further two guests on a sofa bed in the living area.
On the ground floor of the chalet is the entrance hall, with more storage, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and also access to the large garage for storing skis, snowboards and bikes.
Chalet Chouette has a stunning sizable garden to the rear, which is very secluded, offering a large lawn, BBQ and south facing views. To the front of the chalet is parking for three cars.
