Tawitawoo lodge lived up to its quirky expectations, décor is rustic and industrial. The taps move when you turn them on, just another quirky spin on things. The beds are comfy, the place is cozy and warm.
The casing for the fridge freezer becomes annoying after a while but it doesn't spoil the holiday.
The induction hob took a bit of figuring out - but we got there.
The lodge is on the edge of the Park, so its quiet and peaceful.
Felmoor Park is large and has a pub/ restaurant - this was a disappointment, very limited menu, noisy and not a place for a relaxing meal - however, a short trip out and there are lots of friendly eating establishments.
It seems easier to get to Alnwick than Morpeth and Supermarket stores are more accessible.
