Tucked away on a quiet street in the Beach Track Subdivision this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect location for your next beach getaway in Morro Bay. The home has a nice living room with two twin beds and flat screen TV which allows for a gathering place for family and friends. The home has a fully equipped eat in kitchen allowing you to cook all your meals at home instead of going out to eat. The first bedroom is located off the living room area and has One Queen bed. The Master bedroom is at the rear of the property with a king size bed and on suite bathroom. The home features a private backyard with a spacious patio and gas BBQ. Good fit for our family of 5!

We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room and seating areas, nice fenced in yard. I was a little confused by the listing but it does have two bedrooms in addition to the twin beds that are right in the large living room. It was nice to have a washer and dryer during a beach trip! Shower tub stopper doesn't work, so bring some sort of stopper if you need the tub.

Was a very comfortable stay at Morro bay with very easy beach access . The house was very nice and spacious and accommodated 6 of us very easily . Cute backyard with lime and lemon trees . Morro bay and Cayucos towns are nearby with great restaraunts .

My family and I had a great visit to the central coast. This house is in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach. Property is exactly as advertised. Beds are very comfortable and the house had everything you need to relax and enjoy some down time!

This is an older property that is in great condition. It was comfortable and is only 2 blocks to the beach! Beautiful citrus trees in the private back yard! The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It was the perfect getaway for our family!

Wonderful visit. Great location, clean, spacious,comfortable, quiet and safe for the kids. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, watching the sunset, and the trip to the natural history museum. The home is older but very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Spencer’s grocery store is just down the road on hwy 1. We enjoyed our stay
