The living room has two benches, a TV with its stand, a speaker, and access to a large balcony facing south/west.

From the living room, it is also possible to access the pleasant mezzanine with its double bed.



The apartment has a ski locker in the entrance of the residence.



You will have access to the entire apartment.

The cleaning package includes made beds upon arrival as well as the provision of towels.



The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighborhood in Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment. A public elevator (just across the street - Sassanka residence) will allow you to easily return to the apartment after the day without pushing!



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment thanks to a snowcat. Count about 13€ for the ride (bring cash) for the whole family.

As a guest of Le Belvédère - IMMODREAMS - Avoriaz, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
