Ideally located right next to the ESF ski school meeting point, it offers a prime position for families wishing to make the most of the Avoriaz ski area. It has been renovated in December 2025.

Two lounge areas await you: one centred around the television, the other around a fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, professionnal Nespresso machine, wine cellar, etc.), blends seamlessly into the living area. Around the large wooden dining table, share convivial moments in a warm, alpine atmosphere.
