"Lage! Lage! Lage!
Die Zimmer sind eine spannende Mischung aus modernen Farben und einem neuen, sauberen Teppich auf der einen uns Möbeln aus den Achtzigerjahren auf der anderen Seite.
Die Bäder sind noch original aus den Achtzigern - das sind weiß geflieste Naßzellen, geduscht wird in der Badewanne.
Dennoch steige ich hier regelmäßig ab. Die Lage ist sensationell, zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. Und der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die 2000 Jahre alte Porta Nigra raubt mir als gebürtige Trier jedes Mal den Atem.
Auch beim Frühstück hat man einen tollen Blick auf das alte römische Stadttor.
Es gibt eine sehr geräumige Tiefgarage, parken kostet 18 € je 24 Stunden, was für diese Lage angemessen ist.
