"Morgens wollte auf einmal ein anderer Gast in unser Zimmer und beim Frühstück waren wir nicht aufgelistet. Es stellte sich heraus dass wir durch einen Fehler der Rezeption nicht eingecheckt waren. Das Personal hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und wir bekamen einen Voucher für die Bar. Die Dame beim Frühstück (Belinda) war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Morgen frisches Omelett usw. und Kaffee gebracht und immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auch Lulita und Deniz am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit "
