Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light cooking we did, and the rec room was so fun! We stayed over Christmas, and they even had a decorated tree and wreath on the door!

This property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, super family friendly and had a well stocked kitchen for all different cooking needs. The host responded quickly to any questions. The location of the house is very close to amenities including shopping, parks and recreational activities. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Amazing location and amazing hosts. Ended up booking this stay again but unfortunately had to cancel due to personal circumstances however the hosts worked with me and my group to ensure a full refund. I really appreciate the help from the homeowners. The house itself is very large. Larger than we expected and we had tons of fun there. From cooking to staying up late night in the living room and game room. This is a great option for a stay if you are in Eastern Washington and have a large group.

I do not usually write reviews but I found it helpful when we were looking for a place and before spending more money to stay in a home versus a hotel. Loved our stay here! Being able to walk out to the dock in the morning and hop in the boat was amazing truly added to our enjoyment and maintaining a no rush relaxed vibe, sitting on the dock in the late afternoon into the evening was beautiful. Beautiful home, clean and comfortable, you could have 14 people here and not be on top of one another at all. This was my first experience using VRBO I had no idea how it worked but it was so easy! The host left instructions and ideas for things to do and a huge game room. We could have saved money staying some where else but I am so happy we did our vacation right and stayed at this property.

Amazing property, location and house!

The pics do not do it justice. This home is beautiful, spacious and had everything we could ever need for the week! We rented a boat and were able to dock to load up. The ability to use the kayaks and paddle board was very convenient. We brought more boards and there was plenty of space. The lake was perfect and the yard was just the right size. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

If you're looking for a beautiful home with everything you need for a large family this is the one! This house has plenty of room for everyone with a lot of bunk beds and king size beds and a large dining table. There is a great seating area to hang out outside, as well, and a nice sized fenced in backyard for the littles. The rec room in the garage was a hit! We have stayed at several houses and this is the most well-appointed one we have stayed in. They have every kitchen gadget we needed and a cabinet full of spices to make all of our meals as well as basic toiletries and things like laundry soap, dish soap, etc. As soon as we thought "I hope they have.... (a mixer, meat thermometer, muffin pan, etc.)" I would find it. I was very impressed!The lake was wonderful. It's a little green but it's a lake. After checking to make sure algae levels were OK we swam all week with no issues. They include some Kayaks and a paddle board and we all had a blast utilizing those.Overall this was a 10/10 house for us. I don't think there was one thing we didn't like and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Even better than the listing!

We beyond enjoyed our stay here. We were big group of friends with kids. Never once did it feel crowded. The king sized beds were perfect since all the kids slept with parents instead of the bunk beds! We also went to the water park near by and it was awesome. Hope to stay again in the future!

Great Setup

We stayed here for the Springfest 3v3 Basketball with four families. Fantastic set up with lots of room. The outdoor lawn and the game room were perfect for our 3rd grade boys to stay busy between games. We will definitely look to see if this house is open for next year!

Just Right

This home was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. We had 3 families totaling 11 people and there was plenty of space for all of us! It was very clean and well equipped for all age groups. They had kayaks and paddle boards along with life jackets for our enjoyment. Their garage offered several games which entertained the kids and adults when it was too hot to be outside. The upstairs rooms each had an AC unit which made the hot days very comfortable. We would highly recommend this home and plan on reserving it for another family gathering in the future.
