Beautiful house! Everything was well thought out for function and beauty. The view is amazing .... especially from the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable which was a huge bonus for my husband. Or weather turned out to not be the best for going in the ocean ( storm in the eastern US made the wind change and the waves were pretty big) but the house is so great that we still had a great family vacation! Julie was easy to corespond with and her property manager Spence was very helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us all around.

Our family of 7 (aged 25-63yrs) were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted a home away from home, which is exactly what we got. The house was exactly as described and seen from the photos. The location was perfect, and the views from the house were wonderful. Communications in advance were helpful, and we were able to have the refrigerator stocked in advance of our arrival. The house manager was really efficient at dealing with a couple of minor issues and had them sorted immediately. We had restaurant recommendations in advance of our trip, and also a private chef (Dena) who was brilliant. A really fabulous time in the property, which we highly recommend. Casa Mary would always be our first choice of accommodation if we return to the island.

The house was absolutely incredible. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional you can truly tell it was made with so much love. From the decor to the little touches throughout the space everything made us feel welcome and at home. It’s one of those places that feels special the moment you walk in.Julie was an amazing host. She was incredibly kind helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. Her warmth and attention made our stay even better and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.It really is such a special place! A dream!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, which, as described, is right on the beach! It was nicely set off the main road, and lots of privacy in the various bedroom suites. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive when minor issues arose, or we just had questions about the island.

My family of 8 adults and 1 infant stayed at Casa Mary for 1 week. The property was well stocked with everything we needed, including pack and plays for the baby as well as a booster seat we could use at the table. Spence, the property manager was easy to reach and helpful in suggesting where we could rent a jet ski for an afternoon. There are more than enough plates, glasses, etc. to accommodate a large group and there were plenty of options for cookware. The pool was a delightful temperature and the availability of an umbrella was nice to keep baby out of the sun. We enjoyed our week very much and can't wait to return!

Heaven on Earth!

First of all, if you haven't een to Exuma, go! It's beyond incredible! This home is a perfect destination, great location, heavenly views, easy access to everything, and perfect arrangement of rooms, etc. Especially love the placement of the hot tub and watching the moon glow on the water every night!

Excellent getaway to Exuma

We traveled to Exuma for a family celebration. 7 adults and 2 kids enjoyed all of the amenities of this wonderful house! The location is centrally located and easy to get to from the airport. The kids loved the bunk room and all of the games provided. We absolutely loved the hot tub addition and spent much time there, as well as morning coffee on the gazebo. The kitchen is stocked with all of the things you need for a week away! Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the property manager, and he came by to meet us on the first day. We were only able to enjoy the ocean on the first day- a storm came in and the waves were too big, but it was a beautiful backdrop for our vacation and we enjoyed walks on the beach every morning! We are ready to plan another trip!

Beautiful Home

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. The property is beautiful and clean. The house has all the items you would need. The kitchen is stocked with supplies. There are plenty of towels. The pool area has a lot of floats and there is a supply closet with beach accessories. Our only minor issue was the water being too rough. We made the best of it and explored the entire island. We found so many amazing beaches.

Perfect vacation house

This property is fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. The design/layout is perfect for families &/or friends. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, the kitchen has everything you need. The pool and hot tub are amazing! The beach and view are extraordinary. The property manager, Spence, is so helpful - if you need anything he is very responsive. I highly recommend Casa Mary! It is perfect for a great vacation stay!

Wonderful stay

If you are considering booking this house, do it! You won’t be sorry. Our group of 10 adults enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. The house is beautiful! From the moment you walk in the door you can’t take your eyes away from the spectacular view. All of the furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. The power did go out quite often during our stay but the house is equipped with a generator so it wasn’t an issue for us. We woudn’t hesitate to stay here again and plan to again soon!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our week vacation at Casa Mary. This was our fourth trip to Exuma and first time staying at this location. The house was as described but did have a bonus half bathroom that we did not see in the listing which was great to have. They also recently added a permanent hot tub which made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We saw only two other people on the beach the entire week. The location is very convenient. If you have elderly or small children the steps down to the beach can be a little difficult when stepping down onto the rocks but with help it is definitely work it. The house has just about everything you can think of that you would need. Love the ice machine!

Excellence in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mary. The house and beach were perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and lots of extras - the ice maker, extra washer/dryer, snorkel gear to name a few. The hot tub needed repair but we didn’t miss it with the beautiful beach and pool. Julie and Spence were responsive before and during our stay. We enjoyed staying local just as much as venturing out - everyone loved the trip!

Amazing home!

Where should I start? We arrived at Casa Mary and were blown away by the house but more so by the gorgeous view!! This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space cannot be beat. The gazebo is the perfect shaded place to enjoy a good book while listening to the ocean waves. Everyone loved the pool, and with plenty of seating, we spent most of our time outside. Bedrooms had their own bathroom and another 1/2 bath down the hall from the laundry room which houses a double washer and dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an ice maker. We used the outdoor grill to fix several meals we bought at the butcher shop down the road (including fresh caught grouper and lobster tails). The owner is very responsive as well as the property manager. We swam with pigs, snorkeled, rented jet skis and enjoyed lots of time together. Casa Mary was the best!!!

We Love Casa Mary

This house is unbelievable and worth every penny! We'll be back! It is right on the beach but the house itself could entertain for days even without the beach. The teenagers loved the pool and I loved my afternoon hammock nap and morning walks on the beach. We went on a couple of half-day boat tours which were fabulous. Spent a day at Chat-n-Chill and loved relaxing at Hoopers Bay. All of Julie's recommendations were wonderful. Exuma is paradise and Casa Mary is the icing on the cake!
