Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A lovely spacious studio unit with a newly refurbished bathroom in a quiet and peaceful rural area with great views over Motueka and out to the sea. Only 7km's to Motueka township and 20km's to Kaiteriteri beach.

There is a full kitchen so you can cook your meals if you wish too. There is also a clothes washing machine in the bathroom so if you have been away from home for a while you can get your clothes all nice and clean again during your stay.

In addition to the guest suite there is a deck for your personal use which can be accessed by going round the front side of the property and along the footpath in front of the unit. There are chairs and a table for you to use while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and great views.

Quaint location just 10 minutes from Moutueka high street

The host was prompt with replying messages, and we had a spacious, quiet self-contained unit despite being connected to the main house. The pictures depicted the condition accurately. Would recommend as a base to explore the Tasman region.

Great accomodation with everything we needed. Very friendly & helpful host who came to help straight away when we had an issue with the washing machine. Beautiful setting with abundant birdlife that could be heard singing in the trees.

Beautiful quiet Studio with view

Ai's Rural Retreat is a lovely equipped studio with a good kitchen, the view is amazing. Very clean and quiet. We recommend it highly.
