This was a very modernized, comfy and clean accommodation with spacious living and dining room on the first floor. The two bedrooms, each with one bed, on the second floor were also very spacious and cozy. The host responded promptly to questions and was very polite. The main downtown area was a few minute walk and there was plenty of street parking with one gravel space for a small car next to the house. I'd definitely stay again though here is some info that isn't apparent from the description so you can be aware of more context as you consider staying here. -This is half of a duplex. Not a problem per se as we didn't hear the neighbors at all, but it is not a stand alone house. There is a backyard but it's adjacent to the neighbor's (who we did see out) and there's an alleyway on the other side so it's not "private." The chairs in the backyard were not set up and did not have cushions (in mid-May) and we could not find cushions anywhere so don't count on sitting in the backyard.-The third bedroom (with the M&M's) is on the third floor and is very small, about 10 feet by 12 feet. It does not have true beds but rather two couches that unfold into flat spaces. We couldn't find full sets of sheets for them. It was not large enough to have floor space for suitcases and sleep four adults. It was also very hot, requiring constant AC running (a floor one is there). -The couch on the first floor could be used for one person to sleep on, given that the third bedroom is too small.
