The employees very nice and thoughtful. There was several different items offered for breakfast. The most popular thing was make your own Belgian waffles and toast but cereal frsh fruit and yogurt available. Rooms were neat and clean. Price was very reasonable especially on New Years Eve.

Everything goes well until we came back into are room after the concert and playing slots at the soaring eagle to find out we cant take baths between 2am- 4am because they dont have watering in the building. For sum odds reason they been having this problem for awhile

I booked a room for two beds they gave me a room with one bed had to go back and tell them I booked a room with two beds also their coffee pot was broke and the dining area

The heat in the room never stayed the same as when we first got there it was off, so our room was very cold. Turned it on and then the heat wouldn’t stop, it was so hot had a hard time sleeping. Shower curtain was horrible and got the bathroom floor soaked.

Good for the budget if you are just looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Older hotel that appears to be have remodeled. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic.

The room was clean and in good condition. My complaint was it was way too warm. I turned the thermostat down as far as it would go, and the heater complied. I could have turned it off (temp outside was 10 F) and it would have still been too warm -- couldn't sleep. Breakfast was just OK -- no eggs, and twice I had to ask to get basics, like spoons, more yogurt.

Room was decent but dated and needed some repairs. The toilet constantly ran unless tou jiggled the handle and the tub had a very slow drain. Staff was curtious and checkbin and out was quick. Room was clean and secure.

The front desk staff wasn’t polite when we asked to get blankets, they told us to come down to the desk to get them cause they were busy but said it in a not so polite way, the rooms could use some updating. We were told there was a couch in our room which there wasn’t.

When I got to my room, it was ice cold, they put me in n a room meant for handicapped folks. I turned the heater on and cranked it to 90 degrees for two hours and the room barely warmed up.
