Staff was fine, room was honestly horrible. Found a curly hair on the wall above the towel rack, strange stain on the bedsheet, could not adjust the temperature for the life of me ( upon check in room was probably 80 degrees, opened the window to let in air and turned system to auto fan and it was still hot. There was some group in that was looking for someone (Kate I believe was the name that was being called out) from 1130pm to about 400 am All in all would definitely not make this a first, second or third choice. Sorry

The staff was wonderful, however , the hotel could sure use some tweaking. Please use some REAL toilet paper not the most ridiculous stuff ever. And while the room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom floor tiles especially the grout really needs a thorough cleaning. Not trying to be picky, just leaving an honest review for a pricy room.
