Nice property and clean a couple of small issues that I reported to the owner, but they were a very small inconvenience was more telling the owner so they could correct the problem if they needed to. I would definitely stay in this property again. I would recommend it to anybody
We enjoyed ourselves. Overall it was a good house, with a good location. We really enjoyed the backyard. The upstairs hall bathroom had very low water pressure (almost none) which was an inconvenience forcing everyone to use the master bathroom to brush their teeth.
We stayed here to visit family who live in the area. The property is in the perfect location for getting into Charleston or to the beach. Nice updates and well appointed kitchen. Two small issues: the kitchen trash can was full when we arrived; we had to empty it. We also had a smoke detector start chirping. Fortunately, this didnât happen in the middle of the night. When we reported the issue, the problem (a battery) was resolved within an hour. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!
The place was very clean and close proximity to most things. The upstairs second bathroom had little to no weather pressure at the sink. The shower was fine. The pictures show a charming backyard which we didnât get to use due to the heat. The outdoor lights shown do no work as you needed an extension cord which wasnât supplied. The fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not work. The townhome had everything you needed as far as the kitchen goes. Nicely decorated and stay duvet was easy to work with!
Great stay. Walking distance to food shopping. Central to a lot of attractions. Close to Charleston beach, bars/restaurants. Clean. The only minor issue was I never received email with check-in info. Apparently they are having trouble with gmail. But very responsive when called.
Great location. Quick trip to downtown Charleston and the sites. Close to restaurants and grocers stores. Very clean and updated property. Perfect for two couples. Communication was awesome and very friendly.
Highly recommend!!
Sweet Magnolia is indeed sweet. Very clean, comfortable and in a good location. The backyard is a real plus - great spot for morning coffee or wine at the end of a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.
It was a cute townhouse that I had high hopes for. Good location and floor plan. Unfortunately, it came with the most unpleasant smell - a mix of bad seafood and way too strong air freshener. This made it intolerable to be downstairs. Iâm glad we were able to cut our trip short because it would have been difficult to stay. I wish we had known about it before arrival.
Everything about this home was perfect for our family of five. We especially loved the location in Mt. Pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick meal before heading out to sight see in and around Charleston. We were a quick ten minute drive to Isle of Palms beach. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and even had comfy blankets to snuggle on the couch while winding down. This is definately a home away from home. The furnishings were practical yet stylish. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
My family and I rented this property for a few days, and we couldnât have been happier. The property is in a great location, just minutes from downtown and the Shem Creek area. The house itself was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The StayDuvet team was very helpful and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The next time we are in the area, we would definitely stay here again! We even had a family friend say she will be recommending this property to her family when they are in Charleston. Would highly recommend!
We loved our stay at Sweet Magnolia! The location was perfect - 10 minutes into Charleston and a short drive to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. Nearby there is a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and several restaurants. The house was recently renovated and immaculate. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the 3rd bedroom fit our toddler's pack n play. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee from a local coffee shop. The small patio was a perfect place to relax at night after exploring the area. Overall a great stay!
