Great location right adjacent to Siskiyou Lake! Gorgeous scenery, quiet, uncrowded conditions. Chalets are very clean, well appointed, well maintained and spacious. Best accommodations in Mt. Shasta!

Not outstanding , but worth a try.

Great location with 5 minute drives to Mt. Shasta City & to Lake Siskiyou beach. Serene, beautiful location with views & nice hiking trails. Staff was friendly. Bedding was old school with exposed blankets, not duvets. Pillows felt synthetic and not the best. Room was spacious & clean with 2 TV sets & fireplace. We were not told that the rooms were not cleaned nor refreshed daily. When our coffee ran out or our towels ran out, we had to call to get the items. This was an inconvenience for our 3 night stay. All in all, I would go back, as I enjoyed my stay.

Unpleasant Stay

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to multiple issues encountered during my stay. Firstly, the room lock became demagnetized three times in just one day, causing significant inconvenience. This recurring issue disrupted my plans and added unnecessary stress to my stay. More concerning was the lack of adequate assistance from the hotel staff. When I found myself locked out of my room in the morning, the staff refused to provide any help, which I found both unprofessional and disappointing. The combination of faulty room security and unhelpful service led to a very unpleasant experience.
