Nice place conveniently located

Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room.

Couldn't get into the property. Had to call and text. The screen door was locked. Finally got in.Every trash can in the place had trash in it when we arrived.The floors had been swept centrally but not in the corners.The front door was a joke. Has to be shut and locked to keep it closed. The blind on the door has broken slats so anyone walking on the porch can see in. There is a huge water stain on the ceiling of the second bedroom. The furniture is poor thrift store quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I was the host,I'd be embarrassed to have someone come visit for coffee much less charging what is charged for someone to stay.My nose ran the entire stay from the musty smell from the crawl space/basement. Poor quality! Not worth the money.
