The front desk staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly! Offered cookies when we arrived. There were teens and young adults screaming, hollering, and slamming doors for at least two hours during the night.

It was very clean upon entering the building. Staff was super friendly. Only downfall was found a hilton bag with a cookie in it shoved under the fridge and found what looked like a key to a safe in my room. Looks like housekeeping didnt pay attention while cleaning room.

Reserved king suite was given a queen. Was supposed to have pull out sleeper sofa. The sofa did not let out. It was bolted shut. Kids had to sleep on the floor because of this. They were out of rooms so they couldn't accommodate us. Also the toilet in the main room did not flush so we also only had one restroom. The staff at night left a detailed note in computer log for management. Management or Expedia will not refund or comp our room. Frequent travelers. By far worst experience with a hotel. Will not stay here again. Probably will never book thru Expedia ever again as well.

Just okay

Pretty dated and a little run down since my last visit a few years ago. Wasn’t a busy weekend, but the main floor bathroom wasn’t stocked or clean, breakfast was just okay, and the bathroom was dingy- dust bunnies in the corners. Lunch in the restaurant was good.
