The location of this B&B is great. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, and were willing to help. This is a house, like many others B&Bs, and I was put in a large room, but the shower area was small and I thought the room was dark. When I walked in, the windows were closed, and I did not want to try messing with them. The bed was comfortable, and it was perfect for me, traveling alone and not staying in the hotel all day. Breakfast was fine, no eggs, I think this is a miss, but lots of pastries, yogurt, juices, breads, cheese and some cold cuts. The coffee is great too. They keep a station with cups, a water kettle, instant coffee, tea, plates and silverware in case you need it, which was very nice. There's a supermarket around the corner with great options for snacks, a light to go lunch and more. The B&B also has a small fridge on the corridor so you can keep your food fresh. I bought some things to take to the Pompei park instead of eating at the only restaurant there, and I think it was an excellent choice.

Nice wee B&B. Great location about 10 minutes walk from both train stations and from Pompei entrance. Breakfast was ok (cereal, bread, cheese, cold meat, cake, nice yoghurt and hot/cold drinks) and meant i could hit the ground running. Room was clean and lovely, decent bed linen and there was a balcony if wanted to sit out for a bit. There were facilities in corridor for guests to use - kettle, small fridge, microwave etc Lastly a proper, decent hairdryer in bathroom which i appreciated after all the rubbish hotel ones 😀

Cozy Family-Run Stay Near Pompeii

This charming, family-run spot is more of a bed and breakfast than a full-service hotel, but it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Pompeii. It's within easy walking distance to the ruins, and about a 15-minute walk to the main regional train station that connects you to Naples and Sorrento. There's also a grocery store nearby, which is a nice convenience. The rooms are simple but clean, offering the basic essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was cozy and satisfying—not a huge selection, but enough to start the day off right. A solid, budget-friendly choice for exploring the area.

Liked that the location was walking distance to the ruins but on a very busy street. Dogs barking kept us up all night along with the constant traffic noise. We were in room 4 and had no hot water after a few minutes. Had to take a cold shower both days we were there. Rooms are small, not enough room to open 2 suitcases.

Great location, fair price, some drawbacks.

The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the park grounds and restaurants and grocery. Staff was cordial. Barking dogs and loud traffic noise would make this a poor choice for light sleepers. While my room had plenty of hot water, family members in another did not.

B&B Elena is a really nice, charming place to stay. The owner is lovely and so helpful. Breakfast is good. The room we were in was very pleasant, though the shower was a bit cramped. There was tea and coffee and biscuits, and even a fridge and microwave. The house is within about 15 minutes walk from both the centre of Pompeii and the excavations, making it an ideal spot to stay if you want to see the sights or take a train to Naples or Sorrento.

Incredible place to stay with incredible hosts. Stayed at this place for a month as a solo traveller and couldn't recommend it enough. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and hospitable. The place is walking distance to local shops, cafe's, public transport, and more importantly, pompei ruins. Incredible experience.

Really lovely find ! This was a lovely place to stay, very good location, we did everything we could in five days! Pompeii, Herculaneum, climbed Mt Vesuvius, got a train to Sorrento and ferry to Capri. Family friendly, felt safe and was very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing Place
