Perched along the White River, The Lower Deck is a cozy riverside cabin with an authentic old-school fishing cabin feel. Whether you're casting a line from the riverbank, launching a kayak, or relaxing by one of the two wood-burning stoves, this is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the Ozarks.



Wake up to peaceful river views, sip your morning coffee on the deck, and spend your evenings around the shared fire pit after a day of fishing or exploring. The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV streaming, Wi-Fi, central heat and air, and a comfortable queen Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.



We're happily pet-friendly! The $85 pet fee covers up to 3 dogs.



Located just minutes from Angler's Restaurant, fishing guides, Blanchard Springs Caverns, horseback riding, North Sylamore Creek, and downtown Mountain View, you'll have easy access to some of the Ozarks' best outdoor adventures. Traveling with a larger group? Rent the neighboring sister cabin, **The Upper Deck**, to enjoy both properties together.

~Starter supplies (1–2 days, depending on use): paper towels, ground coffee + filters, sugar, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, and cooking oil

~Bring your own toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, etc.



ABOUT US, THE BOOKING PROCESS, AND FEES



~We're Ozark Mountain Stays, a small local vacation rental management company. All of us were born and raised right here in the Ozarks, and we're so excited to share our area with you.

~All properties are self check-in with a key code (check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM).

~Confirmed guests receive our self-written Local's Guide with our favorite restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems.

~Taxes, cleaning/supply fees, and a processing fee (varies by platform) are required with each reservation.

~50% fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival

~75% fee if canceled within 14 days of arrival
