The staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Small inconveniences were noticeable eg. No wine glasses, no milk, no cutlery, no plates. It wasnt an inconvenience for us but after speaking with others they were disgruntled at the pool being empty for the duration of holiday. It was filled the day before we left. Room was serviced but no replacement coffee etc, no washed cups. It is far away from everything so plan for transport expenses, $80T each way for two people to Apia. Positives were, the swim up bar was great, the beach was perfect and right at our doorstep, the staff are just amazing and lovely. Simply due to location, we wont be staying there again, but it was a lovely week despite the small things we noted. Thank you to all the wonderful staff xxx

Room was a little tired, grounds attractive, beach nice but shallow at low tide and water not clear, pool good, breakfast great, evening meal options could do with special options to provide variety. Entertainment option very limited. Overall a good place to stay.

Hotel was very tired, food was average and even basic cleaning of room was not done. Location means you need a car to eat outside of the resort and there is not much nearby unless you drive 45mins to Apia. It is great location to airport.

Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom areas.We arrived early (1hr) and even though not full we were unable to check in till after our check in time unless paying for a half rate extra cost. We arranged for airport transfers and breakfast to go which was missed so we were lucky to have been close to the airport. The morning staff helped organise when missed. Lovely stay otherwise and will continue to use for our base hotels when landing and before travelling home.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, food was way below average and absolutely no water oriented activities are available, which is a great let down considering the locality! One would think that every opportunity to offer guests a water experience would be available. Apart from beach towels and reclining chairs, there was NOTHING :(

Staff were lovely and beach was amazing . Food was not great and no activities or amenities that you would expect at a resort . More a hotel than a resort and certainly not of the standard expected by the Sheraton name . Would still recommend it more than staying in Apia .

Wifi great. Beach was beautiful. Beds good. Food was nice. Grounds/grass in front of rooms was nice. No staff training re service. Multiple waiters per table. Errors with food orders, no drinks service around pool, pool dirty (water not clear, debris on surface) cocktails average (made wrongly), general up keep around the place was lacking. Dirty paths to rooms, parts needing painting. Weeds growing through the pavers next to pool etc. volley ball flat, not enough pool towels, gym was terrible and run down (felt like walking to a haunted house!!), This place has so much potential but seems under invested and needs a new General Manager with better attention to detail. We won’t be back until it improves
