High ceilings and sliding glass doors open up the entire place to create an indoor/outdoor haven makes it extra special.

Open plan living with lots of light but completely private. Huge shaded terrace offers the perfect al fresco chill out space. Despite being close to town, this is a sleepy little lane offering you a truly lovely escape.

I live in the main house - text is best if I’m not about. I respect how you want to spend your holiday - it’s easy to avoid me as the dwellings are completely separate and divided by a fence but happy to have a chat any time.

In the heart of town therefore very close to everything : Middle Pub, all the fab eateries, shops and the amazing Kiva Spa. Mullum Markets are a short drive or bike ride. Mullum Pool is about 5-10 minutes walk.
Have your choice of beaches - Byron 10-15 minutes, Brunswick Heads and Tyagarah (naturalist beach) 7 - 10 minutes.
Smack bang between Ballina and Coolangatta airports (30 minute drive).

Mullum township is flat so bikes are popular. A car is the easiest way to explore the surrounding areas.

I ask you remove your shoes before entering to keep the house clean. It’s a sleepy little neighbourhood so no parties permitted and keep music to neighbour-friendly levels - I can recommend the Middle Pub or Mullum Continental (both a short stroll away) for music and partying.

You have been provided with a key to ta padlock on the gate for your peace of mind if you wish to to have added security.

DOGS - keep you dogs with you and do not leave them at home alone. Any barking complaints will result in your stay being immediately terminated. Please also consider the wildlife. Keep dogs inside at night to protect the water dragons (plus may protect them from eating cane toads which are deadly to dogs).

Mini Mullum Studio Retreat offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
