NEVER STAY HERE
Booked room, arrived 00.20 after long flight... say they have no record of booking (checked name, booking ID etc)
Thensay no room available / full. Cant biok new room online as past midnight... walking around Mumbai for 1.5 hours trying to find a hotel with room available
Tried to get refund, hotels.com, says 'not the hotel policy'
Such a mess. Dont stay here.
The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasnât up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didnât fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didnât really pay attention to these issues
