This was my second stay at the Trident and it was just as lovely as the first. The people make it, but the facilities are also top notch. Highly recommended as an oasis of calm in busy, buzzy Mumbai.

Had a wonderful time at Trident BKC! The staff at every touchpoint was polite, warm and professional. The room was clean and well-maintained. There was great variety in the breakfast options and food was of good quality and taste. Overall, a great experience!

Overall Trident pretty much always delivers and understandably is a 5* hotel Good points - Great location with good food, and others points of interest close by - The staff are really nice - The room is spacious and really lovely - Good amenities - The hotel just looks 5* which is very inviting - Good breakfast - Very good gym - Very close to airport Bad points - Nothing to do with hotel but BKC itself needs civic engagement/help to make the outdoors better - Maybe due to location but I find there is quite a lot of police presence which can be worrying and off-putting
