Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your balanced tone while improving readability and flow: My second stay at Bob Munich Hotel was overall pleasant. I really like the location, the design of the rooms, and the restaurant next to the hotel, which is fantastic. That said, I did enjoy my first stay a bit more. In both rooms I stayed in this time, there were quite a lot of stains on the walls, which gave the rooms a somewhat dirty appearance. The biggest issue during this stay was the air conditioning. I stayed for two nights, and the AC was not working in either room. In the first room, the temperature reached 29°C during the night, and in the second room it was still around 26°C. Because of this, I barely spent any time at the hotel apart from sleeping. I do want to mention that the concierge service was very helpful and attentive. They tried to assist me and even left me a card with chocolates, which I really appreciated. It also seemed that the AC issue affected the hotel more generally and was not limited to my room. Overall, I still like the hotel, but I would avoid booking it during the summer months unless the AC issues are resolved.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was walking distance to everything. Our room was very spacious and clean. The shower was large and had amazing water pressure. Check-in was easy, you do it yourself at a kiosk in the lobby. We were able to leave our luggage early while we explored the city. We spoke to a staff member prior to arriving and they made this happen with no issues at all. Very convenient if you are arriving early. I would definitely stay here again!
