Pros: very Good location. Staff are ok. Cons: Technical maintenance nonexisting. Toilette has no working ventilation, hence has abominable odor. TV has no live channels. No fridge in room.

The rooms stunk, the bathroom was constantly overflowing because of the clogged shower, and the employees were acting like it was completely normal. There was also construction in the room next to us that would drill constantly starting in the morning. Other than that the signal for Wi-Fi was terrible, the TVs didn't work, and the bathroom in general just stunk constantly. The only benefit this hotel has is if you want to be close to everything else walking distance wise.

The room meets the bare minimum. Bed/sheets/towels were clean. If you are on a budget and don't care about any amenities or space, this will do. It got us through and was a decent night sleep.

Three of us traveled here for the Christmas markets. We checked in at 3:15 and the cleaning crew was still working. The hallway was full of dirty linens, but our room is ready. There’s no tissue in the tissue box, just an empty box. The toilet smelled of sewage and had brown water in it. There’s a hole in the wall. And the shower basin was black with grease and dirt. The bunkbeds would be great for kids, but not a full-size adult, as it doesn’t seem to be loadbearing for anyone over 100 pounds. It was very noisy with the construction going on outside the window in the view of the residence balconies within 1 m of our window did not provide any kind of ambience. Plus: it was easily walkable to everything you want. Staff was friendly.

great location as 2 stops by tram to the hotel - and hotel is close to Asam Church , a major landmark of the Baroque . Reasonably priced , once in the room it’s nice , built in sofa under window but no chair or desk. Worth the money , must say that smoking is allowed in the hotel but this alone and the need of a fresh coat of paint for the halls and maybe new carpeting soon . A bargain so one should not complain . I am not . no breakfast served .

Your photos are very deceiving! The room we had was nothing like those shown. Our room needed renovating desperately - very shabby and outdated. The bathroom was disgusting - something out of the 1970s!
