It’s a very bare bone, basic, small hotel room, good to just crash after a long day exploring or working. Room was facing a noisy street, and the entrance is small and easy to miss, some construction happening around it.

The late-night front desk worker was awesome. Very funny guy and very helpful, especially after arriving late from a long trip. The room was nicer than expected and free of odors. I believe I booked during the off season (December) because I didn't see or hear another guest during my entire stay. The rooms were kept clean during my stay from when I walked in the door to when I checked out. There is noise from the street as the hotel is located in an area with many shops, gambling venues, and such, but it's really no problem. Bring headphones if you think that it'll bother you, or just tune it out. I had no problems sleeping.

Front desk very pleasant and tried to fix issues with my room when my toilet broke and the heater was making loud noises .However, I was on the top floor facing the parking lot. The pigeons camp out on the balcony here and coo loudly- all day and night. You can’t drown them out well, even with earplugs, so it affected my sleep. When I told staff, they stated it happens but didn’t offer to change my room or anything. So … I wont be staying here again for that reason. I want a pleasant nights sleep.

The room was clean, not very big but for one night it was absolutely fine. Very good location only a few minutes walk from Munich Central Station. Bathroom was small but manageable, however the shower was very tiny. I don’t know if anybody was in the adjoining rooms but I did not hear anything. The heating was not on but the room was extremely hot (it was winter so not warm outside) and I had to have the window open all night which meant quite a bit of street noise, even in the early hours. There was a fun provided but I didn’t use it because of the noise would’ve been annoying. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap and close to the central station, this hotel is acceptable.

The hotel is older and the location is not ideal. The beds were comfortable but the toilet didn't flush good and the shower is the smallest shower I've ever seen.

I arrived early after having to leave my last hotel as it was not satisfactory. The man at the desk worked hard to find me a room early and I was so thankful. The bathroom was a bit dirty and a vouple of things need repairing but the location was optimal and the rooms quiet.
