Room was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Close to the city center so distance is walkable yet quieter in this area which was very nice.

Everything was great, except the air conditioner kicks on loudy and often which is hard to sleep with. I liked the policy to give vouchers/money back if you didn’t require room service. Staff was nice, place was beautiful and clean. I very much liked this hotel!

Great four day stay in the center of Munich.

Great location. We appreciated the voucher program that allowed you to bypass room servicing for a 10 Euro card to be used for snacks and drinks. Front desk staff was very nice.
