Very conveniently located near trains station and old town. The self check in process was pointless and took longer than a person checking me in. The rooms were tiny but relatively clean. The air conditioner on the top floor was amazing and I imagine very effective in summer.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again. The property was comfortable and offered a few nice freebies such as water in the room and tea/coffee in the lobby, as well as a €10 voucher to be used on breakfast or at the bar for skipping a day's cleaning service. The location is very good, very close to the train station without feeling dodgy, within walking distance of the centre, and, importantly for noise levels, not on a street where the tram is running. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay - were able to check/in early after overnight flight. With booking on hotels.com/expedia got nice extras - bottled water in room, free drink each evening. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Common areas very comfortable and inviting. Very close to the central train station/S-U-bahn, trams. 20 min walk to Marienplatz.

This hotel is better than some bigger brand name hotels. The room was nice and clean. Convenient location. We walked to Munich train station, Marienplatz and old town. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful customer care from the friendly front desk.
