Good location. Room was clean. Only concerns were that the front door to the building didn’t lock, meaning you just had to push to open. There was what looked like a blood stain on the wooden stairwell that was still there when I left. People in the room next door had a party until 4am which kept me awake all night. Also had to keep pulling my door shut to lock, it didn’t latch shut automatically. Check-in was also more complicated than it had to be. Not sure if that was because I’d booked through third-party than direct. Ended up having to phone on the day having received no emails. Advisor spent more time correcting my pronunciation of site name/location name than actually helping. Would like to hope to stay again.

We traveled as a group of three ppl and stay in this property for 8 days. Actually, the property conditions is much better than I thought initially after seeing the review comment made by previous visitors. The room has a simple and compact kitchen allowing you to do some simple cooking. Also, there is a refrigerator in the room which is a huge plus during the summer time. The only down side is the ventilation. Since there is no AC inside the room, the property does have a small fan provided to us. However, it might not be sufficient given the room size. Except for this part, I have a quite positive experience on this property.

This property is not close to the city center but public transportation is close and convenient. The shower has mold and the baseboards are dirty. Linens were clean. The large couch has seen better days and prob needs to be replaced. Neighbors were noisey and construction next door didn't help. Grocery store around the corner and a bakery down the street. Secure area

No customer service, No reply form servus customer service until a couple of days before trip and had to book something else 5 days before trip, because of no confirmation. Won't do business with them again. Never was able to get in the building so cannot comment on the different categories.

The hotel was clean and quiet.The service and cleaning team perform their best and when needed, very fast and freindly. Beacuse of them I recommend it to every one. We stayed 15 days and support was available 5 min when you send email.everything was perfect :)

This property was good. Nothing fancy but no complaints and nice inside. It’s a basic place to crash for a stay in Munich. Everything to get in and out is fully automated and works really well, but when we had a question I was impressed that someone answered the phone immediately. Main advantage was close proximity to the rails. Also, had some restaurant options nearby. To us it had a bit of a hostel feel in the sense that I was awoken a couple times in the middle of the night to hallway conversations, and the building itself has a more worn feel to it. But the unit itself was perfectly nice inside and clean. Overall, it was a good value and worked great for our trip.

Great place for a short visit
