Nous sommes trĂšs excitĂ©s!!! Nous venons d'acheter ce bungalow de plage de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du village Oceanside souhaitable. Nous possĂ©dons le Bittern 2015 (Home Away # 7293397) depuis trois ans maintenant (DÉCOUVREZ NOS AVIS 5 ÉTOILES). Nous venons d'acheter 1963 Bittern Drive (quatre maisons plus loin). C'est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec une grande vĂ©randa grillagĂ©e donnant sur le parc et la piscine intĂ©rieure. Le parc Ă  chiens Ă  proximitĂ©, la piscine extĂ©rieure et la plage privĂ©e sont Ă  quelques secondes Ă  pied ou avec la voiturette de golf incluse. Nous effectuons des rĂ©novations Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison et nous l'aurons prĂȘt Ă  louer d'ici le 1er mars 2020. Nous acceptons les rĂ©servations maintenant et mettrons Ă  jour les photos Ă  mesure que les rĂ©novations seront terminĂ©es.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes à pied de Plage de Garden City Beach. Vous pourrez profiter de services et équipements comme une piscine couverte et une laverie. Cette maison de vacances propose l'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

Perfect week near Myrtle Beach

The house is fantastic - very clean and well equipped. The screened-in porch is a big plus. The location is amazing - especially if you have a dog - it's across the street from the kid and dog parks! Less than 10 minutes to the pool and 10 10-minute golf cart ride to the beach. The included golf cart made things super easy - we saw others standing in line waiting to rent one and were thankful Brian included it in the rental (we also took him up on a 2nd golf cart for the week). My girls (6 & 9) enjoyed the stay and took turns sleeping on the cot! There is a grocery store right up the block to stock your fridge or a 15-minute golf cart drive to the Surfside Pier to grab some local food. We went to Broadway at the Beach - easy to drive to access more touristy things like the aquarium. Overall, great pick on all fronts!

Thanksgiving Trip

First of all Brian, the owner is awesome. Great communication and very courteous. I have rented from him the last two years. This house was very clean and to be pet friendly you wouldn't think pets were previously here. TV's, Wi-Fi, AC/Heat worked great and the beds were really decent. My wife and kids were very happy with this house. The location is great as well just across from the Park. Can't wait to come back.

The home was nicely decorated and furniture and beds were very comfortable. Also very clean. Only recommendations would be we were advised Key card rental was $20 when in fact it is $30, which is inconvenient when you don’t typically carry cash. Also the breaks on the golf cart need replaced

The house was in the perfect location to the beach, park and all the other amenities. We loved sitting out on the porch drinking coffee and enjoying the peaceful setting. Golf trip

A group of us came down for a brief golf trip. This is the perfect location with easy access to the beach and all neighborhood amenities. Communication with the owner was super easy. The house was very clean and perfect for a small group. We will look to stay again.

Exceptional!

This is the second year we have rented from Brian and he is an amazing host! The property is fabulous, perfect for our family and love that we can bring the pups. Quick golf cart ride to the beach and right across from the dog park and playground. The kids love the pools and the park does events like ice cream socials ! So much fun. House was very clean. Brian has forever renters, so easy to communicate with and a very nice guy! Thank you so much for another great summer vacation! the house again!

Great location to amenities!

This was the perfect location for us to easily enjoy the amenities. The children’s park was right across the street as well as the dog park. The pool was just within 2 blocks, and beach access was super easy to get to. Property owner was very responsive to any concerns we had.

First time visitors

It was our first time visiting surfside beach, we had a great time. Kids loved riding around on the golf cart and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth from the beach. Brian was super responsive and helpful when we had any questions.

Paw-fect stay!

We really enjoyed our week here! The screened in front porch is the perfect spot and even the side deck is fenced with a gate to keep the pup safely in with no leash. We could see the dog park to know when all her new friends showed up. The golf cart included made getting to all the amenities so easy. We will be back! Thank you Brian !

Too noisy during stay and not enough policing

The owner property was great. The owner was great and easy to get in touch with when I had issues. The house was located inside of Oceanside Village. When my brother had to get a gate pass, the woman working there was very rude to my brother just really ugly attitude. Also, it was bike week it was too noisy inside of Oceanside Village. They were not policed better. Did not get the rest and quite I wanted, but I did get to eat. I left and ended my vacation in Charleston, Sc. I had a lot more peace and quite there tan Oceanside Village.

Great neighborhood. Pet friendly a plus. I will say that there was a few issues that we had when we got there. I messaged Brian the owner and he had those problems taken care of by the next day. He was super nice and was appreciative of us making him aware of a few things. We will probably be booking with him again.. so all in all we had a great week..

very disappointed

The location is always great at Oceanside Village. As far as a premier host rating, I have had better. Usually you walk into a property with this rating and find hand soap, a decent amount of linens, clean floors, etc. This property had dirty floors which left our feet and socks black on the bottom. There was no handsoap, nothing to wash dishes with and parts of the floor that was ready to cave in. We paid a cleaning fee but was asked to wash the towels before we left. Central air was listed but there were window units since the central air could not handle the heat due to the age of the unit. The grill was disgusting, could not use it. There were no extra pillows. The owner was responsive and I sent him my concerns. would not stay at this property location again. Sorry.

Awesome location!

This was pefect for our little family and two small dogs. The dog park is just across the street which was great. Golf cart was a huge bonus. Host was very responsive if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.
