We had a little trouble getting the air adjusted correctly and also we had a leak from the shower and maintenance. Was there in 10 minutes actually it started in the showerhead and there was no damage. The house was beautiful and accommodated us very well who was very clean as well as the house we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great time with long time friends. Some issues that need attention. Code to open lock was wrong. Freezing weather. Great response from emergency number but still took time to get in. No television instructions- had to call emergency number to get someone out. Great response, nice person, but he was not familiar with TV. Finally got it figured out but remote still had problems the whole stay. Dining room chair was very unstable, called maintenance again--nice guy worked on it to stablilized it. Needs more pans for kitchen and big bowls. Bring your own clothes hangers! Trash can in kitchen is oversized so regular trash bags we all have do not fit. Need the large black bags.Charcoal grill is very small. Not large enough for 12 good sized hamburgers.
