Fantastic little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I couldn't have been happier. Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for our family of 5. Way bigger and less money than a typical hotel. Very close to the beach. Newly decorated and furnished. This condo was definitely one of the nicer ones in this unit.Only issue was one of our white shirts got stained in the dryer, there appeared to be a bit of rust inside the cylinder.

She found just the property we needed and took care of everything for us, whether a minor repair or keeping us up to date on anything concerning parking, exterminating for example. The property was very clean and well maintained.I would recommend the property to a friend- it is near the beach and many attractions as well as restaurants. I would rent this property again as well.Garden City Realty gets a perfect 10 in my book!

Beach access is right across the street and you’re within 5-10 mins of restaurants, grocery, etc...The parking underneath the property is very cramped. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV, or more than one car per family it’s going to be an issue. It’s very, very tight parking quarters. The pool was not open during our stay which we were told was managed but the HOA so I would recommend verifying this is open before your stay if you’re interested. Overall, we had an excellent stay!!

Reviewer Comments: Me an my family has stayed in these units for over 30 yrs now we rent 4 units every yr except this yr I rented this unit but my family has moved on to beach front units now because of the vacation the last two yrs we seen a decline in the care for these units there’s to much going on the pool needs a turn key or code the other units with the little pool come across the street to swim in sandy shores 2 pool an also I’ve noticed owners have way to many family members coming to stay with them the pool was closed 24 hrs on my stay cause of a careless parent let there baby in pool with a diaper that burst in the pool and kids were screaming running around after 11:45 pm for hrs in the court yard there’s also never any parking due to tenants who own haveing 4 other cars parking there to come stay the week an truck spots should be marked there’s no room under neath for trucks small cars always take up big spaces and cleaning guys with blowers come way to early making all that load nose u can’t sleep and the units need decks an wood checked there ms lots of erosion my unit had a wasp nest I had to call an have removed I’m highly allergic an have two epipens with me at all times an the whole time I was there wasp kept trying to come back to the hive so I stayed off the deck sorry to complain so much I just really always enjoyed my stats but over the yrs it’s going down hill looking for beach front property next summer

Reviewer Comments: I always stay in Sandy shores 2 an my family stays here and in Sandy shores 1 also I stayed two weeks in July two different condos in Sandy shores 2 I lived 218 condo by far my favorite whoever owns it did a great job however my very first time ever having a complaint was this stay when I got there I had dirty linens on the floor in a pile in the dinning room an laundry in the dryer an a full dishwasher never unloaded which I cleaned up An called about the linens were not picked up till end of my vacation stay so u see why I was unhappy other then that the property cleaners need to blow the sand a little later in the mornings they wake us up to early An parking could be better 2 cars per condo would be nice and bigger spots for trucks but great condo An beach will stay next yr again An every yr in July if I can get this condo
