"The level of cleanliness was notably poor. Even basic areas that are typically quick and easy to clean—such as the floors and bedside tables—were visibly dirty. The shower was also quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy; it was possible to hear nearly every footstep from adjacent and upper rooms. It is also worth noting that the hotel is not located in one of the better areas of Nice. However, in our case, this was not a major issue, as we specifically wanted to be near the main train station. On a more positive note, the breakfast was surprisingly good, despite offering only a limited selection. The staff were consistently friendly and had a strong command of English. Given the price we paid, especially in comparison to typical rates in Nice, the overall experience was okayish. Nonetheless, the cleanliness requires significant improvement, a point echoed by several other guests as well."

"Super zentrale Lage- genau zwischen Bahnhof , Meer und der Stadt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und somit war es sehr ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes W-LAN, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!"
