NASTY CARPET, TOWELS, & SHOWER CURTAIN

The reviews were very misleading, I'm not sure what their idea of cleanliness is, but, it's FAR FROM mine! The carpet was NASTY and the towels were too (dingy & stained). I'm grateful that I bring my own towels to ANY hotel as well as disinfectant and cleaning supplies. The check in process was smooth, as well as the check out. If you like cleanliness, I would NOT recommend this place.

Too good to be true

The reviews were great, the reality was not. Smokey "non-smoking" room, no amenities ( which I knew), loud machine noise from building next door, and not in the great shape it claimed to be in. The lady at the front desk did offer an ionizer, but it was late and my son and I are asthmatic, so we left. No refund.

So-so

I will start by saying staff at the front desk was friendly. I stayed here because the reviews were so good. I don’t know if that caused me to have my expectations too high, or what? But, some thorough cleaning needs to be done in the room I stayed in. I understand it was a budget friendly hotel, but I found hairs on the pillow cases and a wad of hair on a towel. The mirror was full of streaks and the carpet had a dirty path at the entrance and around the bed. More effort and attention to detail while cleaning could make a difference.
