Communication with the host was not good. Tried contacting before we arrived, calling, VRBO messaging, and texting. No response. I began to think this wasn’t real. When we arrived we received a text with the code to get in- except the message was missing THE CODE. Finally received an answer with a code- the WRONG code. Was asks to try a different one, which did work. Raises security concerns. Had questions during the stay, once again no response. Just automated nonsense. The room is dated. Couch is terrible. Beds uncomfortable. Ripped cushions on the balcony. The resort is great, but this room is not. Was sent an automated message asking to leave a 5 star review, I replied with these comments- NO RESPONSE. A day later, automated message again asking me for 5 star review. We won’t be using Big Fish Rentals again.
