Each bedroom has a private attached bathroom with modern tile showers. The outdoor private pool features plenty of chairs and lounges and a gas grill for fun, evening cookouts. This house is the 2nd level of a large beach house duplex. There are 2 separate houses in the duplex. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas and free parking in driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire private 2nd level including the spacious outdoor area and private pool.

Free parking in driveway
Parking is not allowed on the street.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

Other Things to Note:
If you have a larger party or want to enjoy the space with family, the downstairs unit is also offered for rent, based on availability, and sleeps 10 people. Please contact host for more details.
Note: The units are completely separated and private. The pool is shared.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
