Perfect Family Vacation

This review is for unit 208 which is similar to the one originally booked on VRBO The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen includes standard blender, coffee, pot, Keurig, and toaster, but there were no small sharp knives for cutting (like steak knives or for tomatoes). We called the office and they brought a butcher block and additional for steak knives the same day. Bedroom configuration was perfect for our family of eight. But none of the bedrooms have a bedside table lamps. Living room is spacious with comfortable seating. There are some beach chairs and floating devices in the closet. Lazy River was a highlight for kids and adults.

Overall a nice property and great location. For the most part clean. Found a few dirty utensils and a used razor cap in the shower. Garbage disposal did not work. Access to the beach was somewhat difficult especially with children and wagon in tow. There were 5-6 steps up and down to get to the beach. Would not say handicap accessible at all. That was the only drawback.

July beach week

This property was lovely, we were 3 generations of family with parents, children, and grandchildren. Our space was ample for the 9 of us. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The views from the balcony were spectacular. And the kitchen well equipped. My only issue was that in the listing, it said that the property was wheelchair accessible which was true for the most part. However, one of the bathrooms was listed as wheel chair accessible but not totally true. Yes, you could get a wheelchair into the room, but the shower wasn't accessible, having a 3-4 inch step to get inside. Once inside the shower, there were no grab bars, no hand held shower head, and only a very tiny seat which works to prop your foot on, but no adult could safely sit there to shower. Also, the toilet would have been very difficult for someone in a wheel chair to transfer from chair to toilet. Fortunately our grandson also uses crutches for his mobility but showering was difficult for him.

Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Only issue we had, had a wheelchair delivered. Had a photo of rental company show it at front door. When we arrived it was missing. New one delivered next morning. Not sure if it was ever located. Also read other comments about TV’s. Had to call and went first evening and majority of next day without. Once service man explained no issue. Instructions should be provided in advance.

One of the BEST I've ever stayed!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. It's beautiful! Tons of room for sharing, cooking, puzzle solving, watching the ocean.. it was absolutely amazing! Very clean & comfortable. Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The only suggestion has nothing to do with the condo itself but the TV's in each room had to be reset every other day. Luckily, my brother watched the repair guy on the first day and could easily update them to get them working again. It's really an issue with the company that supports the system in that area. This place is truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

Great Beach Vacation

Property is on 12th floor of a resort hotel with incredible view of the ocean and wonderful sound of waves. Myrtle Beach area has activities of all types for everyone. We enjoyed the ocean and beach plus we golfed, took a Dolphin sightseeing cruise and we had dinner at a pirate show. Overall, a great time.

This location was perfect, from the time we drove on the property until we left. Very well maintained and the amenities are well proportioned for the number of rooms, unlike many properties where the pools are overcrowded. The room itself was very well furnished with nice layout to accommodate our larger crowd (8 adults and 1 9 year old). It is far enough away to avoid an over crowded beach but still very convenient to all restaurants and attractions.
