The room was great! Kudos to the owners of Room 815. We went to rest and relax and that wasn't the case. There was annoying construction noise off and on all day. I wish we would have known before we booked the stay. It was disappointing.

Staff was rude and offered no help in finding our room. The woman checking us in just said you are on the 12 floor said our room number would be on the booklet she gave us. It was not we had to go back in. Thankful an older lady helped usher to our room. Would not stay here again.

Nice clean room, well appointed, beautiful ocean view. Overall property fair cond. there are signs of deferred maintenance.. fogged windows, peeling paint, cracked/chipped concrete inside & out. I was looking closely because I am considering buying a unit. They were in the middle of renovating part of the lobby, which is good.

The room was not what I thought I reserved from Expedia. No one at hotel could make an upgrade due to being a 3rd party. When calling Expedia, which was not easy, they blame it on the hotel. A lot of finger pointing but not much action for the customer.
