I can’t say enough about this property. Truly breathtaking! My fiancĂ©, daughter, and I took a quick weekend getaway at this lovely property. Before we even arrived, Jamie, the owner reached out to give us all of the information we needed to access the community and the luxury apartment. We were truly blown away by how beautiful everything was. From the decor, the cleanliness, the quality of the accommodations and the view!!! 3 balconies!!! The bathrooms and the kitchen were spotless and so roomy! The beds were so comfortable; my daughter has some spine issues and she slept really good both nights. I was really glad that she was able to get some good, much needed rest. The description in the profile is very accurate and the pictures truly do not give this space the justice it deserves. My family did not want to leave!! Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and several hotels and private properties at Myrtle Beach. This was the best place we’ve ever been blessed to stay. Not only because of the beautiful property and community, but the generosity of the owners. They did not bother us, but they checked in with me just to ensure we didn’t need anything. Very much appreciated! I did not meet them in person, but Jamie and Tripp proved that a perfect stranger can make you feel welcomed and appreciated. We will most definitely be back as soon as we can! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful, updated condo with amazing beach views and ocean breezes. Excellent communication and genuinely kind hosts. It is just steps to the beach and walkable to restaurants in hotels. We enjoyed our time at the beach and reading/relaxing on the multiple (3) decks while enjoying the sunrises and the ocean breezes. Very comfortable for 2 couples, great that it has a split floor plan. We would come and stay again.

The condo was clean and had most basic essentials available. The location of the condo had a great view of the ocean and cenytally located to great eateries and shopping. The owners were very responsive and kind i.e. making sure I got check-in information in a timely manner, as well as checked in with me to make sure there were no issues that were encountered during my family's stay. They even provided a "welcome gift" of brownies!I would recommend renting this condo to anyone planning a trip to Myrtle Beach!

We had an absolute blast returning to South Hampton! After visiting before with a different owner and condo that’s no longer available, we couldn’t wait to come back—and this condo did not disappoint! With stunning beach views from every balcony and breathtaking sunsets off the Juliet, our stay was nothing short of magical. We kicked off our mornings with refreshing walks on the beach and filled our days with laughter and unforgettable activities. The owners were incredibly attentive and supportive, with Tripp keeping us in the loop about all the exciting happenings in the area. Over the past two weeks, we’ve created an incredible treasure trove of cherished memories that we’ll hold close for years to come! Whether exploring local attractions or indulging in mouthwatering meals, every moment was special. We can’t stop thinking about our next visit! Wonderful stay!

Great hosts who go above and beyond. Very clean when we got there. Towels, bedding and decor are high quality. Would highly recommend. Such a wonderful trip. The beach and pools are not over-crowded but Kingston is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Make sure you take note that you won’t have access to Kingston amenities other than the pool at South Hampton. Embassy does not offer day passes for fitness center nor water park.

The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the space a clean, modern and coastal feel that made us instantly feel relaxed. Condo is great!!!! I absolutely would stay again!!I love the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, lots of privacy, between parents and kids or another couple! I love the three PRIVATE balconies! Too cool! The views are awesome!I loved how clean the place was. To walk into a place that is smelling well is always a great and comforting thing! HUGE Master shower is cool for sure!! A couple of tweaks and it will rock even more! The beds and bedding are crisp and clean in white and very comfortable! We slept well!I liked the simplistic decor
. Although good Art never detracts and only adds!! Add ART!I loved the easy beach and pool access. So nice!!I loved the security of the area! It means anyone there came through that guard area!I loved the solid communication from the host. Nice and very responsive people. We appreciated the frosted brownies! They were a hit!We would absolutely stay again! No qualms at all! The Condo is GREAT, but could be EXCEPTIONAL without a ton of effort! I offered suggestions directly to the owner to reach exceptional. Things like charging stations, shower wand and rubber mat, ceiling or pedestal fan, basic spices (salt, pepper), aluminum foil, baggies, large skillet, aides for the beach

Long Memorial Day weekend

We took a trip to N Myrtle Beach over Memorial Day with another couple and stayed at this beautiful condo. We have stayed at several places in Kingston Plantation and this one is great. This condo was perfect for us! It was clean and neat (looked as good if not better than the pics)! Communication with the owners is fast and they go out of their way to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Retreat

From the beautiful balcony views of the ocean, to the convenience of beach and restaurant access, this home met our every need. We were able to sit in the morning sun sipping hot beverages without any distractions, just us, the waves, and the sunrise. This fully furnished home made our son’s final year of high school baseball tournament play in SC, a moment in time that will be remembered forever. As we packed up the car our final day, he looked around and said, “hopefully I’ll be back here someday.” As a mom and as a family we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you so much for making this possible for us.
