Wouldn’t stay again. A lot of hidden fees at check in. No electrical plugs near the bed. No mirror over the sink. Just not a convenient stay compared to many nice hotels around.

We love staying at the captain quarters resort its always pleasant to stay here staff is friendly walking distance to family kingdom cafe's restaurants stores boardwalk and many more kids enjoy the pools and hot tubs resort definitely recommend

My stay was nice and they are working on the property. The only problem I had was the sliding door to the balcony. I only wished they still had breakfast the way they use too. The overall stay was great.

One of are rooms stank ,roaches around the hotel,The tub was clogged,door got stuck at night,tv behind the door hazard,allergic reactions maybe bc they room wasn’t cleaned and sanitized properly,dirty carpet,elevator's sounded like they were about to break down,poor customer service and care,area around the hotel was not safe,balcony was very small. We also payed for a room with 2 queens and 1 king bed and they gave us the wrong room with only the king and 1 queen and refused to give us the room we payed for. Everthing is old the whole building looks like it’s falling apart the drawers are old and rooting,bed bugs in the room,pools dirty,please book anywhere else besides here .

The property is under construction currently, it does need upgrades. The parking garage was crowded but there is an extra lot in front of the building. There’s ice in the first floor only, the bathrooms near the pool were the portable type. They were always out of pool towels, I saw very few people during my stay and the towels bin was empty. Bring your own towels. If the hotel keeps its prices after the construction is done I would book again, they have a variety of pools and several jacuzzi. The property is easy to navigate, the rooms were very clean. It’s a good hotel to stay if you have kids.

After spending a crazy amount, we walked out after only been there a few minutes. From the moment we got to the hotel, it was horrible. Everything was dirty. Room was nasty. Damages. No air conditioner. I went to the front desk and requested a refund, and they said they would not offer a refund. So we just left and booked another hotel. I also reached out to Expedia, they tried to support, but the hotel manager denied their request as well. Expedia customer service was great, but the hotel was absolutely horrendous!

Very much needed vacation

I loved our week at Captain's Quarters. Very clean, relaxing, nice pools and spas. Lots to do all around. Oceanfront view. Only steps to the beach. The staff was nice but displaced because of construction so maybe stressed. The only problem I had was they should let you know up front that it's $12 a night for parking, so an extra $84!!

Dont get “catfished”! Stay elsewhere. The worst!

Wow. Where do I start. I got catfished. The images and write up sounded great. But they were totally opposite. If unmanaged motel 6 ran a report in a 3rd world country! “New in 2025” nothing here was new- they are barely working on it which I guess was good as no construction noise. Parking generally difficult and limited. There was no communication about where to check in (it was in a loud bustling restaurant next door- hot AF, unorganized, LOUD). The hotel was gross in every way: trash all around, old milk in the parking garage for 10days+, clothes diapers, food packaging. Elevator was tired and had spongy floors, and gross. The pool area bath/changing room were extremely unsanitary! everywhere smelled like weed: garage/elevator/even blowing in my deck. General room condition was prison worthy. Rusty metal, bad floors, thin walls, one light in th den area, beds worn and feel every spring. Wife and I barely slept the whole time as the beds and the curtains let in sooo much light from the outside lights it was almost day in side and add the people making noise until 12midnight running around. The HVAC was running so hard but the room was just a cool WET feeling always, it never stopped. The bath slow to drain so I removed the top and it was bandaids and hair in it! Room cleaning none! 10 days, request towels and sheets. trash and stick it outside and old towels. Not once was room cleaned. luggage trolleys hard to find. wack TV too! Mtx understaffed/miss issues?
