I stayed for a week I had to ask for towels and toilet paper and the beds were not made . I complained. I like the hotel I’ve stayed they before and no problems but this time the service for the rooms were not good .

Great location near everything. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing. Small bistro that serves breakfast and dinner. We had both and it was delicious the staff at the bistro were above and beyond! The room was clean and bed was comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower and sink was amazing! Only negative was the hallway did smell of weed (not the hotel fault of someone is doing that). The heat in the room took sometime to kick in and the heating unit was loud. The housekeeping was great I called as the hairdryer was broken and low in some of the toiletries and within 5 minutes a new dryer and full bottles of conditioner and body wash was at our door! I would highly recommend !

There were only one set of towels in the room when we checked in, the in- room Coffee service was not replenished. The property lacked an attention to detail that the Courtyard brand has across the U.S.

I would not recommend this hotel. Dirty halls. Mold and mildew in shower. Worn out furniture. Hard as a rock bed. Dumpster around back looked like it hadn’t been emptied in month. Another dumpster load of trash on the ground around it.

Not so romantic weekend

The staff were courteous and kind. The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. There was no hot water on the last morning of our stay. I would not choose this location again.

Sat in the restaurant for 10 minutes to have breakfast and the person never came back out of the kitchen. I was the only person there. The maid service sucked. Room wasn't vaccumed desk wasn't wiped and did not leave any coffee for the next morning. I will not return to this hotel !!!!
