Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true OCEANFRONT End unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, Sport courts, full fitness center, play areas, Snack shack and Beach Bar -401B

Our Condo:
This is an OCEANFRONT 4th floor corner unit that sleeps 6. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Bunk Bed set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas all still having access to the bathroom making the space very efficient.

The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.
For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, for sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT.

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. You will be issued a hang tag which will need to be displayed while parked at the resort . ----------

Perfect vacation stay. Beautiful place for a getaway. Full size appliances, nice size space, clean, complete ocean view. I watched the sunrise every morning. Definitely recommend and Robert was quick to reply to any questions I had.

We loved the location & the closeness to shopping & restaurants. The view & sunrise were both spectacular, especially being a corner unit. The unit was immaculate & fully equipped. The only surprise we got was being charged 30.00 U.S. upon arrival for a parking pass.

Direct ocean front end unit

This unit was very nice and had everything needed for a nice stay. It was perfect for 2 people but there are also neat bunk beds built into hall area. I think a couple with kids would be no problem since most of your time should be spent outside the room. The bedroom was a little tight getting in and out of bed but served its purpose. Laundry on every floor but condo needs to fix broken machines. We washed a load every day just to keep up without any problems. Very safe and secure location. Nice beach. My only negative would be furniture is a little uncomfortable if you want to relax and the garbage can was dirty and would be nice if the cleaning fee included would at least clean the can before the next person. Overall would stay here again. Also I think there should be assigned parking spot for each unit since I think people park closer to the beach and take up parking spots.

Great! Comfy, clean, and convenient!

Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions. The view was great! We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the beach each morning and then watching all the birds and turtles use the pond. The place was very clean and cozy for us. It's in a great location within a short driving distance to area attractions.

Great Unit and Owner

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a unit rented through VRBO. Clean, exactly as described and the owner was a joy to work with and extremely responsive to questions. Loved the keyless security gate and entrance door and the balcony with laundry line was wonderful for wet things to dry and to hang out in to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

The view was amazing! Being a corner unit was a plus. The beach décor, bathroom vanity, and kitchen were all very pretty. It was nice having a clothesline on the balcony and the AC worked great. Having the Quarterdeck restaurant right there was so convenient for lunch breaks when spending the day at the beach. Proximity to offsite restaurants and shopping was excellent. The things I didn't like were that it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. There were crumbs in the cutlery drawers, lipstick on the martini glasses, and the balcony was very dirty. It would have been easier to sleep if there were blackout curtains in the bedroom and a more comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was so-so.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Check in process was super easy - codes that were provided worked with no issues. The property was exactly as it is in the pictures. The location was great. Very convenient to the elevator. Very clean - you could smell the cleanness when you walked in the room. Beautiful view of the beach. All the appliances looked very new and in great working condition. There were lots of dishes/cookware for us to use to prepare meals with. Also, there were some basic cooking supplies (salt/pepper/cooking spray etc.) in the cabinets. There were even kiddie dishes also which was perfect since we brought our 2 1/2 year old son! Out of all the places we have stayed, this by far was the best. Everything on the property was well maintained - the pools, the playground were all very clean. There is a Walmart across the road so that is also very convenient for groceries and supplies. The property manager Robert was a pleasure to do business with. He responded very promptly to emails and questions. We didn't have any issues or complaints during our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation. Very Family friendly. I don't recall hearing much if any noise from other rooms so that is another plus. We will definitely be booking this property again!!

Amazing view!

This condo has the best view! Everything was just as described and the property manager was very quick to respond to messages. Just a couple of suggestions would be to get some high top chairs and small table for balcony as with the lower furniture you have to look through the rails. Also some instructions for operating the TVs. Not a big deal though. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Awesome Condo

This was one of the nicest rooms we've gotten in this resort. Loved the upgrades and very hot water! Also not shown in pictures but the hall bunk beds did have a ladder and upper railing which was perfect for our young children. Great communication with owner as well!
