The people here are amazing, very sweet, very patient. The condition of the rooms could use some more work but EXTREMELY reasonable for price point. My only real complaint is that ramp going underneath the building for parking! It is extremely narrow, tight, angled and scary to get in and out of. Other than that my gf and I had a great impromptu day at Myrtle and enjoyed our stay (:

The mircowave was disgusting and not clean! The blanket had orange stains on it. The mirror hadn’t been clean.

Don’t like how the parking garage is , only one car can go through at a time , it’s a tight space and it’s dangerous because a car could be coming through. Don’t like how it’s not much parking in front of the hotel. Don’t like how I can’t go to the lobby from the elevator. You have to go outside to the front to get to the lobby. Hotel room is clean , staff is nice

I knew before booking the hotel that it is an older, family owned hotel, so I didn’t expect 5-stars. The decline in quality/cleanliness from my stay two years ago to now is huge. We could see daylight through the doors, the coffee pot was covered in rust and dust, and the sheets were old and stained. There were more issues, but those just came to mind.

Rooms looked far better than the hallways. Price was cheap. Room was in need of updates but clean, View was amazing, walls are very thin. You can hear conversations in the next room and in the hallways. Woman at front desk was a bit abrasive and didn’t seem to appreciate it when her tone and attitude was mirrored back to her.
