The room was ok. The exterior needs updating and new signs. Parking is a struggle. Limited snd hard to get in and out from ramps. Staff was prompt and very friendly and accommodating. Hot water was in and out. Stove top was cracked but didnt use it. Room was ok. It was 2 br suite but no doors on either for privacy.

The stay was great I really enjoyed they resort the only thing I can complain about is they don’t have housekeepers coming to do anything u have to call and ask for thing and the trash as well but other than that it was great can’t wait to come back on the summer

The staff was really nice. The room was dirty. The pull out mattress was stained and looked uncomfortable. I was not about to sleep on it. I asked for a different room or something else but was told nothing else was available. The staff did give me 2 pillow top mattress covers so that helped. I spread it over the couch and slept on that. The bathroom was dirty. I took a cold shower the first night and called front desk to say I can't keep the room. I was told no refund could be given but what I needed to do was turn on the hot water faucets in the kitchen sink and the bathroom to warm up the pipes. This would give me hot water in the shower. It actually worked but I didn't appreciate them knowing this without letting people know ahead of time. I would've never booked had I known that. You had to let the water run for 5-10 minutes to get a hot shower. It was highly annoying and I will NEVER stay there again. Do not book this hotel.
