The location of the condo was excellent. It was indoor parking almost at our door on the 2nd floor, The overall cleanliness of the condo was good. The condo does need several updates, new rugs throughout and new flooring. They were clean and we had all essential items for our stay.
I was upset with the fact that the Property Manager, emailed me and stated that we could check in at 2 PM for a fee of $25.00 or $75.00 for the prior day. I paid the $25.00 and when we arrived, we were told the condo was not ready. We were early but were still told that it would not be ready for 2 PM. The manager said it probably would not be ready until 4 PM and that I would be refunded the $25.00. To date, I have not received the $25.00. We waited until 4 PM, tried to check in again, and were told again it was not ready. I called the owner, Todd, no answer. The clerk at the check in offered to try and reach him and did get through. The clerk said that Todd was on his way back to the front desk. He did arrive within a few minutes. I asked him why the condo was not ready at 2 PM. He stated that he did not gaurantee it would be ready at 2 PM. I asked him why he charged my credit card $25.00 and if it wasn't going to be ready, why didn't he call. To date, I have not received the $25.00 back. We also checked out early so we wouldn't have to pay a $40 an hour late fee. I cleaned the whole condo, washed the towels and stripped the bed, cleaned the balcony and we left
